This policy outlines how we manage returns, exchanges and refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please get in touch with us.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund where a product has a major issue, and a repair or replacement where the issue is minor.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
your order number
a short description of the issue
photos where possible
We will work with you to make it right.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
We may offer an exchange or store credit for change of mind where:
the item is unused and in original condition
the request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
proof of purchase is provided
Return postage for change-of-mind requests is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Refunds Process

Where a Return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Where a Refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.
Shipping Costs
If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are not refundable
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, we do not accept returns for:
items that have been worn, used or damaged after delivery
items not in original condition
