Tony Kiessler is an Arrernte man and CEO of the Australian Indigenous Psychologists Association. He has over 20 years experience in Indigenous and international health with a focus on health policy, planning and evaluation. Tony is committed to advancing the design, implementation and effectiveness of Indigenous health programs and better measurement of our progress in Closing the Gap. He is also committed to strengthening Indigenous representation and supporting inclusive governance mechanisms to amplify Indigenous voices and leadership. Tony is undertaking his PhD research at the ANU School of Regulation and Global Governance and holds representative roles on a range of national advisory committees and boards.
