Step 2: Knowing

Once you know how you are feeling, try to work out what’s worrying you or why you are feeling like that.

Sometimes it’s helpful to:

  • Write your thoughts down,
  • Talk to the mob,
  • Yarn with your doctor.

Think about what’s been happening over the last few months.

  • Are you feeling trapped at home?
  • Are you worried you won’t get work because of coronavirus?
  • Do you miss connecting with your family?

Things keep changing quickly and living with this level of uncertainty is hard. It’s okay and normal to have these worries.

Sometimes it helps to sort your worries into an ‘OK worry’ pile and a ‘problem worry’ pile, this can help you work out what you need to do next.
